Dear CPGISers,
The CPGIS Service Award Committee would like to invite nomination / self-nomination for CPGIS 2015 Annual Service Excellence Award.
We will have two categories of Service Award: Individual Award and Group Award. Please be specific to which category a nomination is for. Please send your nomination to the Committee (see contact information below).
To be qualified for nomination, an individual or a group of individuals should be members of CPGIS and should have made significant contributions to CPGIS. The current president, vice-president, and members on the award committee are not eligible for this award as they are involved in administrating this process.
Important dates:
The nomination period: Monday April 6 - Monday May 4, 2015.
Award Committee recommendation to BOD: Monday May 11, 2015.
Service Awardee Winner Announcement: Monday May 18, 2015.
