The CPGIS Service Excellence award: Mei-Po Kwan, Professor, Department of Geography and Geographic Information Science, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

CPGIS Distinguished Scholar Award: Shih-Lung Shaw, Professor, Department of Geography, University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
