Dear members and friends of CPGIS,

For those who are attending the 2015 AAG annual meeting in Chicago, we are pleased to announce that the CPGIS annual business meeting will be held at 12:00 pm-1:15 pm on April 22, 2015 (Wednesday) at Crystal A room, Hyatt Regency Chicago, Chicago.

The CPGIS annual dinner will be held in the evening of April 22 at 7:15 pm at one of the best Chinese restaurants in Chicago’s Chinatown: Phoenix Restaurant. Information about the restaurant and the menu for the planned dinner is attached. Please note that the fee for each participant of the dinner is about $20 per person. This fee is made possible with financial sponsorship (about half of the expected expenses) from the CPGIS, the AAG, and CPGIS’s President Mei-Po Kwan. We very much look forward to your participation in the business meeting and dinner.

Location: Phoenix Restaurant at Chicago’s Chinatown.

Please note that we reserved only a limited number of seats for the dinner. So if you plan to participate in the dinner event, please register as soon as possible to get your seats. Otherwise, you probably couldn’t get the seats. Because we also need to tell the restaurant the total number of participants a week in advance of the dinner, we need you to register before April 15 (Wednesday), 2015.
