Dear members and friends of CPGIS,

For those who are attending the 2016 AAG annual meeting in San Francisco, we are pleased to announce that the CPGIS annual business meeting will be held at 11:45 am-12:45 noon on March 30, 2016 (Wednesday) at Golden Gate II, Hilton, Lobby level in San Francisco, LA.

The CPGIS annual dinner will be held in the evening of March 31 at 8:30 pm at one of the well-known Chinese restaurants in San Francisco’s Chinatown: Great Eastern Restaurant (迎宾阁). Information about the restaurant and the menu for the planned dinner is attached. Please note that the fee for each participant of the dinner is about $28 per person (cash collected at the table). This fee is made possible with financial sponsorship from CPGIS and the AAG (through CPGIS’s past president Mei-Po Kwan). We very much look forward to your participation in the business meeting and dinner.

Please note that we reserved only a limited number of seats for the dinner. So if you plan to participate in the dinner event, please register as soon as possible to get your seats. Otherwise, you probably couldn’t get the seats. Because we also need to tell the restaurant the total number of participants a week in advance of the dinner, we need you to register before March 27 (Sunday), 2016.
