Xiao Huang from Department of Geosciences at the University of Arkansas is seeking highly motivated Ph.D. students with a great passion for geospatial big data analytics, starting Fall 2023. Prospective students are expected to have a bachelor's degree or a master's degree (preferred) in related disciplines that include (not limited to) geography, statistics, computer science, urban planning, environmental planning, and social sciences.

Students with experience in the following two research domains are preferred:
1) big human mobility data
2) urban informatics (e.g., street view imagery analytics and urban 3D modeling)
